On August 24, 2018, Judge Susan Richard Nelson dismissed Mike Peluso’s lawsuit against the New Jersey Devils, St. Louis Blues, and the Chubb Group. Another Sports Concussion Suit: NHL Enforcer Sues Various NHL Teams and Insurer
